Anita Goes (b. 1985) is a Brazilian photographer and visual artist based in New York. In 2008, she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from Senac, The Brazilian School of Art and Photography. In 2009, she got a diploma in Art History from the Museum of Modern Art São Paulo.
Anita’s work is known for its anthropological investigation and exploration of individual and group identities. She uses photography as a mechanism of representation, recording and archiving global encounters, suggesting a deeper understanding about our perception of society.
